Giveaway Disclaimer & Official Rules

Purchase required. The Little Mama Shirt Shop Mom Squad Girls’ Night Giveaway is open to all customers who purchase the December Mom Squad Membership between 11/1/25 and 11/20/25 and maintain an active membership through the end of the giveaway period. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Prize: One (1) eligible member will receive a $250 Visa® gift card intended for a “Girls’ Night Adventure.” The winner may use the gift card for hotel stays, dining, entertainment, or any other purchases of their choice, subject to the card’s terms and conditions.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible members. The winner will be notified via email and/or private message and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Visa®, Instagram, Facebook, or any other third party. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Little Mama Shirt Shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time without prior notice. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Little Mama Shirt Shop, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
