LMSS Points & Rewards Program FAQ

Little Mama Shirt Shop has an awesome rewards program where you can earn $ back every time you make a purchase! Here's some FAQ when it comes to our rewards program:

1. How do I setup my rewards account?

To set up your rewards account, click on the pink rewards icon in the bottom right hand corner of the homepage on our website. 

When you click on that, a box will come up with a pink button that says "Join Now". You can then register for the rewards program with your name and email, and you'll start earning points!

3. How do I redeem my points?

Once you get at least 500 points, you can redeem them for coupons that you can use on your next order. To redeem, you first need to be logged into your account, and then you can choose to convert your points into an exclusive coupon. 

4. How do I see my points?

Once you log in, you will see your points at the top of the page. You will also see how close you are to your next reward! 

 

You can see all of your rewards when you click on "My Rewards."

 

5. How long do I have to use my points?

Your points will stay active for 1 year from the time you earned them. We will send you an email before they expire so you don't miss out on free things!
