How do I access my account?

You have access through this link, which will send you an email with an exclusive link to your customer portal. You have full control over your subscription and can change it with the click of a button! 

When will my card be billed and when will my order ship?

You will first be charged on the day you subscribe, and then on the 20th of every month following. Your order will ship between the 1st and 5th of the following month. (Example: Auto charge on September 20th will be shipped between October 1st-5th) 

How do I skip a month or cancel my membership?

After you become a member, you will have access to your member portal where you can skip a month or cancel your membership at any time. We are all about transparency here! You will find your member portal link on the homepage of our website. 

To skip a month: 

1. Login to your membership portal.
2. Scroll down to the billing schedule. 
3. On the right hand side, you will see a blue button that says skip payment. This will only skip the payment for that one month, and leave your account active.

What day of the month do I have to sign up by?

You need to sign up by the 20th of the month in order to receive your box at the beginning of the following month. If you order after the 20th, you will receive your order after the following month. (Example: If you place your order on September 21st, your box will be shipped between November 1st-5th.) 

How do I see the next month's membership items before they ship?

We will post the new membership box around the first of the month. (Ex: The September Box will be posted around August 1st)

We will also send out the new design in our monthly newsletter, as well as post on social media. You can also check out the listing on our website to see what will be included that month. 

How do I change my size?

You can change your size directly through your member portal, or if you have founding member pricing, you can fill out this form and we would be happy to do it for you so you keep your same price you initially signed up with. 

Membership shirt details?

• We offer a variety of different shirt options through the membership. Some options are tees, comfort colors, fleece, lightweight sweaters, etc. 

• This subscription is meant for mamas! We are not offering kid sizes at this time. 

• They are exclusive to the membership. They are not available anywhere in the shop, and will be available for only one month.

• The color and style of the shirt will be predetermined and will not be customizable.

• Most of the shirts will be Mama or Holiday themed. 

 You will be sent the same size that you selected upon signup.  If you want to change your shirt size, you can do so in your customer portal or by submitting this form. 

What if I order other items with my membership?

It is strongly recommended that you purchase your membership separately from all other items in the shop. If you order other items with your membership, your entire order will be put on hold until the membership order is ready to ship between the 1st-5th of the following month. You will not get free shipping on your other items if you decide to purchase them at the same time as your membership. Once you sign up for the membership, you'll be auto-billed every month and will not need to sign up again. 

What is the return policy on Membership items?

All membership items are final sale. All subscription changes or cancellations must be done before your autopay on the 20th. After your card has been charged, we are unable to cancel your order for that month. Membership items cannot be returned or exchanged.
