Introducing the Throw Away Your Scale Campaign, a one-month journey designed to help you break free from the scale’s grip and focus on what truly matters: your well-being, strength, and confidence. This challenge isn’t about perfection—it’s about celebrating progress and embracing a healthier mindset.

At the end of the challenge,  we’ll highlight non-scale victories and give away exclusive prizes from the Be Well collection.

The Throw Away Your Scale Challenge

This 30-day challenge is designed to help you redefine progress and celebrate your journey. Each week, you’ll tackle activities that inspire reflection, encourage movement, and promote self-care. Here’s the plan:

Week 1: Redefine Your Goals

Objective: Shift your mindset from weight-focused to wellness-focused.

  • Challenge: Write down 3 non-scale goals you want to achieve this month (e.g., running a mile without stopping, meditating daily, trying a new recipe).

  • Activity: Throw away your scale and take note of how this makes you feel.

  • Reflection: Journal about what success means to you outside of weight.

Week 2: Celebrate Strength

Objective: Recognize what your body can do.

  • Challenge: Try a new activity, like yoga, strength training, or a dance class.

  • Activity: Identify a “mom move” (e.g., carrying groceries or playing tag with your kids) that showcases your strength.

  • Reflection: Share one thing you’re proud of accomplishing this week.

Week 3: Embrace Self-Care
