Marianna is spreading kindness and positivity everywhere she goes. he is always there to lean on. She has 5 kids, three of them triplets, and she is a grandma. Marianna is night nurse and is helping save lives even off duty. She recently helped a boy with a series head injury until the paramedics could arrive.
